How do I make delicious steamed egg custard?

    When my daugher is a little girl ,her faverrate food is  steamed egg custard cooked by her grandma, but after we came to the US, she can't enjoy the deliciouse food any more ,for her gandma can't come here with us ,so as a silly mum I had tred my best to cook it as deliciouse as my mum did ,but it seems easy but I failed many times.fianally I got the secret of it ,and my daughter is very happy.

   I also think steamed egg custard is  a nutritious and simple dish! Once you master the technique, it becomes very easy to make—perfect for busy workers and students to cook. andI can't wait to share it with you!

    first ,it needs prepare the ingredients: two eggs, lukewarm water (about 50 degrees Celsius), salt, ground pork, chopped green onions, and three shrimp.

    Next, thoroughly mix the eggs and water. Note:

  1. The ratio of water to eggs should be approximately 1:2 or between 1:2 and 1:2.5.

  2. The water must be lukewarm. It should not be too hot or too cold.

     Third, use a spoon or a strainer to remove the foam after mixing the eggs. Note: This the key step to achieving a smooth and tender texture.

Fourth, cover the mixed eggs with a lid, steam it for about 10 minutes, and let it sit on low heat for 3 minutes.



   Last,Add the cooked shrimp, ground pork, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasonings on top of the steamed egg. Your delicious egg custard is ready!
